Weekly lectures tutorials and workshops. Online midsem (open book). Final exam - closed book (worth 50%) of your grade. 2x labs (with the 2nd lab needing a lab report). And a small research assignment (2 page case-study on real world applications of fluid dynamics). Personally the content is really interesting (dams, jet engines, buoyancy, wind turbines, piping etc - anything that relates to fluids & fluid movements) but the math can get complicated. Workshop questions and tutorial questions help a lot for the final exam. Coming out of this unit - I realise more & more how fundamental this unit is for engineering. I use a lot of equations & concepts from fluid dynamics in other engineering units.
