Weekly marked quizzes, final online exam, and 5x labs (with pre labs).
My advice is to go to the workshops and take time to understand how to solve the questions - they will help you with the quizzes and the exams. You get a lot of new content every week but once you understand the pattern of how to solve those circuit questions, you should be fine.
I found the labs fun, but you do have to self teach yourself LTspice. Everything you learn in this unit is useful if you want to take electrical engineering - it's the base for that major.

I personally struggled with this unit a bit. The content took a while to land and I only did ok because I kept on top of the weekly quizzes and spent an absurd amount of time right before the final exam studying like never before.
I will say it is a very foundational unit for a lot of engineering disciplines, and for that I would say it's pretty obvious why it is a foundation year unit for all engineers.

The labs are unmerciful if you mess up the breadboard a bit, also some harsh marking. The quizzes are very good though, helpful for the exam
