About this Unit

The aim of this unit is to build on the principles of financial economics for application in finance and investments, with a particular emphasis on stochastic calculus and its use in valuing options. Practical, hands-on modelling experience is developed through the use of EXCEL spreadsheets (students are assumed to have functional EXCEL skills prior to commencement of this unit).
