About this Unit

The aim of this unit is to introduce students to principles of financial economics for application in finance and investments, with a particular emphasis on optimising investment portfolios. Practical, hands-on modelling experience is developed through the use of EXCEL spreadsheets (students are assumed to have functional EXCEL skills prior to commencement of this unit).
