About this Unit

Students learn ethical and legal frameworks for professional practice exploring the function of law and regulation and how the law effects and guides professional practice. Professional practice frameworks, professional rights and responsibilities, ethical and legal health related dilemmas across the life span and cultural contexts are reviewed. Students apply ethical principles and analyse medico legal contemporary issues in holistic nursing and healthcare.
