About this Unit

This unit focuses on contractual formation, including, agreement, intention, consideration and estoppel; the limits on the enforceability of contracts, including privity & formalities; and the substantive content of contracts, including oral statements, the incorporation of terms & express and implied terms. Study of this unit also enables a student to develop their communication skills via the negotiation exercise.
