About this Unit

This unit focuses on developing students’ understanding of social, cultural and international perspectives of disability. Students will apply this to working with individuals with disability, for example; Autism spectrum Disorders and Cerebral Palsy. Throughout the unit, students will integrate the use of multimodal communication theories and technologies.
