About this Unit

In this unit students will build on their fundamental knowledge and skills in session design and apply it to the design of programs used for sport and exercise purposes. Theoretical concepts pertaining to program design, periodisation, load management and the development of perceptual motor and perceptual cognitive skills will be applied to team, individual and complex sports.
