About this Unit

Residential and commercial property markets play a major role in shaping our cities and regions. Changing technologies and patterns of investment and development can contribute to sustainable cities and communities while the provision of affordable housing can reduce inequalities. This unit will examine how property markets are moving towards more sustainable outcomes, as defined by the UN sustainable development goals, and how policy can play a significant role in delivering a more sustainable future.
