About this Unit

This unit develops students’ knowledge of, and clinical reasoning in, the application of biomechanical and kinesiological principles related to analysis of normal and abnormal movements. Students undertake upper limb assessments and incorporate evidence based principles and techniques for treating diseases and injuries of the upper limb. Students begin to link occupational therapy models to clients with upper limb injuries.
