About this Unit

This unit aims to develop a deeper understanding of the physiological mechanisms underlying responses to acute exercise in apparently healthy individuals. Students will learn to conduct common laboratory- and field-based exercise physiological assessments, analyse, interpret and report collected data. The knowledge and practical skill competencies addressed in this unit are relevant to future careers in exercise science, sport science and clinical exercise physiology.
