What is PSYC2004 about?

In this unit, students will learn about key theories and principles regarding the individual, social, and environmental factors that influence people’s uptake of and engagement with sport, exercise, and health. The knowledge and experience gained through this unit will provide students with the necessary conceptual and practical foundations upon which to appreciate the significance of the person in context for human behaviour in sport, exercise, and health contexts.
