About this Unit

Income producing properties play a vital role as an asset class for both households and corporate entities. In this unit students examine the time value of money, investment decisions, debt financing, components of income, accounting procedures and taxation relevant to income producing properties. Students will construct complex cash flow analysis spreadsheets and calculate the investment value of income producing properties to assist in making informed decisions.
