Research and development of a business plan for an innovative pharmacy service or practice improvement project. Advanced pharmacy management including inter-personal skills for people management, change management, information management, financial and risk management. Industrial relations and regulatory matters pertaining to pharmacy business. Buying and selling a pharmacy. Law, ethics and professionalism in pharmacy management. Collaboration and leadership skills to enhance pharmaceutical services to optimise patient outcomes. Advanced Oral and written communication skills in business management and pharmacy leadership.
