About this Unit

This is a strategic advertising management unit exploring theories associated with and the socio-cultural influences on the development of marketing communication campaigns. Specifically, students will develop an understanding of the advertising industry and the way in which advertising agencies approach their craft, from taking into consideration brand positioning, through to understanding target audiences through to developing creative strategies. Students will also be exposed to contemporary issues impacting advertising agencies and their clients.
