About this Unit

User experience (UX) is the end-to-end experience a user has with a product, system, platform or service, and it has become integral to contemporary business practice. UX is an increasingly important tenant of digital marketing and technology interaction and is critical to effectively solving problems at many scales, including persons, users, businesses, and those facing society as addressed through the UN Sustainable Development Goals. In this unit, you will deeply explore real-world problems from a Systems Thinking perspective, implementing a range of industry-driven methods, techniques, and methodologies to design creative and innovative solutions to real-world problems.
