What is MGMT3003 about?

This unit focuses on integration and analysis of key functions, concepts and strategies for growth-oriented Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The unit has a significant fieldwork component where students work in teams to identify a small business owner who agrees to engage with the students throughout semester as they analyse and evaluate aspects of the business. Students conclude this Unit by producing a tailored report which focuses on and applies key functions, strategies and concepts gathered throughout the Unit. The owners are invited to provide input into the assessment of the report to retain the reality-based approach of this live case.
