About this Unit

This unit will provide students with the knowledge and skills required to successfully complete an Honours dissertation in law and will guide students from the topic generation stage of their research project through to the completion and defence of their research proposal. Key topics in the unit include: how to identify a research topic, writing a literature review, legal research methodology, preparing a research proposal and writing an Honours dissertation.
