About this Unit

This unit aims to develop an understanding and knowledge of an Indigenous language and culture through a practical introduction to the Noongar language. The unit addresses the questions: What is the Noongar language? Why is it endangered? Why is this important? Students will also have the opportunity to develop their skills in listening, speaking, reading, writing and cultural knowledge.
