This unit examines the role of Information Systems and Technology in a dynamic business environment where strategic choice and use of technology not only enables business but contributes to the business value. This requires that not only the business and information technology strategies be aligned, but the management of the IT portfolio be incorporated with frameworks for best practice including risk management, IT Benefits realisation, governance and regulatory compliance.
