About this Unit

Project Management is a unit that introduces you to the principles and practices of managing projects in various contexts and domains. You will learn the main framework, knowledge areas and processes of Project Management, and how to apply them to real-world scenarios. You will also develop the skills and techniques to use a contemporary Project Management tool to plan, execute and monitor a project from start to finish. Additionally, you will be able to evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of Project Management practices and outcomes, and reflect on your own performance and learning. This unit will equip you with the knowledge and skills to become a competent and confident project manager in your future career.
