About this Unit

This unit aims to show how qualitative and quantitative data can be used as evidence to make decisions in Indigenous healthcare practice. The focus is on data interpretation rather than analysis. Students will also develop skills to calculate simple descriptive statistics. It will also examine global and local Indigenous perspectives and the role that evidence-based practice plays in planning for better health outcomes.
