About this Unit

This unit focuses on developing students' skills and expanding their conceptual approaches in animation via the use of virtual production methods. Virtual production utilises game-engine enabled technologies which allows for a dynamic approach to animation production. In this unit students will learn industry standard workflows for virtual production and relevant techniques to create a compelling animated sequence. Students will utilise best industry practices to refine and develop their conceptual approaches and explore the technical possibilities of virtual production through experimentation.
