About this Unit

This unit will provide students with knowledge and skills of critical reflection and action research to support the transition into being education professionals. Critical reflective frameworks and the application of these will be explored. An action research plan will be devised based on a selected educational issue. The concepts of professional identity of educators, resilience and wellbeing will be examined and a toolkit of resources to support growth in these areas will be developed.
