About this Unit

Students discover how the rules of contract formation and operation apply in the business world. Students learn how to understand common business contractual terms and implications to develop an appreciation of how contracts are used to allocate risk. Global, technological, social and ethical issues in relation to contracts are explored and finally, students learn about common law rules dealing with disputes and damages and how businesses resolve contractual disputes in the real world.
