About this Unit

In this unit, students will be introduced to the nature and sources of law and regulation in Australia connected to business. Key aspects of Australian business law and their engagement with and influences on business operations are explored. Students will solve introductory legal concepts centred on business operations and their interrelationship and influences on society including in the finance and insurance domains.
